Murdered December 30, 2014, at age 16<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Story of The Larry Flaccamio Foundation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Larry Flaccamio Foundation for young murder victims\u2019 families and children at risk is fairly young and founded in 2015 by Donna Howell. Her son Larry Lee Flaccamio was murdered at age 16 on December 30, 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After his murder through research and personal experience it became apparent to Donna that we have many social issues contributing to crime and the appalling number of young murder victims in just the Huntsville Alabama area. Also brought to light was the lack of a strong system for support of the murder victims\u2019 families as they are also victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She began the Larry Flaccamio Foundation in her son\u2019s honor to help these families and friends of their lost loved ones. As of 2023 the foundation is a 501c-3 nonprofit organization which is a support platform for kids at risk, young murder victims and their families  in various ways.   Many things done by the foundation are not made public due to the sensitive nature of the help needed.
